Since the rafting portion of your trip will be conducted by our partner company, O.A.R.S., you will need to complete a release form and then bring it with you on the day of the trip. If any minors under 18 will be going on the trip without their parent or legal guardian present, a unaccompanied minor release form must be pre-signed by a parent or legal guardian and sent with the child. Please print and fill out the appropriate form and bring it with you when you come on the trip. If you have any dietary requests or medical issues that should be made aware of that may affect you or your child on the rafting trip, please let us, Earthtrek Expeditions, know right away and we will let O.A.R.S. know so they can best accomodate you.
